FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. How long is delivery? A. Delivery for loose gemstones is usually within 7 days of final payment. Delivery for jewellery designs varies depending on individual design. Most are between two and three weeks however a more specific date will be stated in the description of each item. Each design is individually made specifically to your requests. If there is any reason for any delay beyond the date stated you will be notified immediately and will have the option not to proceed with the order if you wish to cancel.
Q. Is the jewellery insured? A. Insurance is charged to your invoice at the rate of 1.2% of the total price of the order. Once you sign accepting receipt of goods you are then responsible for insurance. If goods are to be returned you must contact us so we can arrange insurance for the return trip. If you return goods without arranging this then it will be at your risk until we sign accepting receipt of goods. Goods are only insured until you accept receipt of goods. Once you have accepted receipt it is your responsibility to protect goods and make sure goods are not damaged.
Q. How do I return goods if I am not happy? A. You must email us at return@MeandMyJeweller.com.au within ten days of accepting receipt of goods. We will reply to the email with instructions for safe return of goods which will include insurance cover for the return trip. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are in the same condition as supplied.
